UNO and UNMC students, faculty and staff are eligible to receive free tickets to Curling Night in America hosted at UNO’s Baxter Arena.<\/p>\n

Students, faculty and staff who present a valid MavCARD or UNMC ID at the Baxter Arena Box Office will receive one free ticket per session. This offer is only valid for one ticket per session and can be individually redeemed for all nine sessions.<\/p>\n

Additional tickets can be purchased through any Ticketmaster outlet nationwide or online at ticketmaster.com. Tickets also can be purchased at Baxter Arena or by calling 800.745.3000. Box office hours are Monday through Friday, from 10 a.m.- 4 p.m. with extended hours Aug. 24-26 from 8 a.m. – 9 p.m. All tickets will be general admission. <\/p>\n

A total of nine matches will be played. Games are scheduled for 9 a.m., 2 p.m., and 7 p.m. Aug. 24-26. <\/p>\n

Curling Night in America is a made-for-TV international curling event. The event will feature three American teams taking on China, Japan and Scotland in team and mixed doubles competition. The Curling Night in America series, which debuted in 2014, will be filmed and will air on NBCSN this fall. <\/p>\n

In addition to Curling Night in America, Baxter Arena also is host to the Olympic Team Trials for Curling in November, which also will be held at Baxter Arena. Tickets available on Tickmaster.com.<\/p>\n
