The Center for Patient Family and Community Engagement in Chronic Care Management (CENTRIC)<\/a> has released a request for proposals to fund one pilot project in fall 2017 in the amount of $50,000.<\/p>\n

The purpose of the pilot grant is to support research in any area that will support patient, family and community engagement in management of chronic conditions. The award, which functions as a “seed grant,” is designed to lay the foundation for larger requests to funding sources external to the University of Nebraska. <\/p>\n

An interdisciplinary team should be used. The team should consist of a College of Nursing full-time faculty member as principal investigator or co-PI, and include members from two other departments\/colleges, in addition to a statistician. The focus of the research should be a highly significant topic and use technology and interventions. <\/p>\n
