It is not permissible to access patient information out of curiosity or for non-work related reasons.<\/p>\n<p>Nebraska Medicine and UNMC are committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of our patients. The Privacy Office audits One Chart user activity and takes seriously all reports of potential privacy breaches.   <\/p>\n<p>Violations of patient privacy may result in corrective action or scholastic action up to and including termination\/dismissal and reporting to applicable licensing agencies &#8212;
