During this phase, one lane will remain open with flagmen directing traffic. On Saturday, Oct. 14, the city will close a section of Emile Street for approximately four hours, do their work, open it back up and then close the remaining portion of Emile Street in order to complete the project.<\/p>\n<p>During the project, signage and some personnel will provide directions to buildings impacted by the work.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\"
