A new Health Disparities Pilot Grant has been launched to support the Healthy People 2020 Initiative<\/a> and the shared mission of UNMC and Nebraska Medicine to transform lives to create a healthy future for all. <\/p>\n

All UNMC faculty<\/b> are eligible to apply for this pilot grant program. Priority will be given to new or expanded teams focused on innovative strategies for reducing health disparities, particularly those identified within our Midwest region that impact the greatest number of people<\/u>. <\/p>\n

Applications are due to Debbie Hawkins in the Vice Chancellor for Research Office by 5 p.m. on March 15. Details regarding the program, including the complete RFA, and application may be found on the Vice Chancellor’s Research Resources funding website<\/a>.
