If you have a balance remaining in your flexible spending account (FSA) for 2017, please remember that eligible dates of service for expenses are Jan. 1, 2017 through Dec. 31, 2017. <\/p>\n

Claims must be submitted to WageWorks in order to receive reimbursement. Contributions not reimbursed will be forfeited.<\/p>\n

As a reminder, employees enrolled in the University of Nebraska, Blue Cross and Blue Shield medical and\/or dental plans, may go on to nebraskablue.com<\/a>, under MyBlue and print out\/save their Explanation of Benefits summary for the entire year. This can then be submitted for documentation. <\/p>\n

Also, a summary of all prescriptions for the entire year may be obtained through your pharmacy, however due to Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) guidelines, you will need to make this request in person.<\/p>\n

To get reimbursed, dates of service must have been incurred during the calendar year for 2017. Please do not use your card to submit 2017 claims.<\/b> The card can only be used in the current calendar year.<\/p>\n
