Being intentional with my time enables me to fully engage with what I am doing and results in me being able to use my time outside of school in a way that is rejuvenating. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:black\">Connecting with the larger picture and ultimate goals of my schooling and work also helps recharge me. These activities involve attending research lectures, engaging with patients and doctors in the clinic, and discussing ideas with peers and colleagues. This kind of meaningful human interaction can bring a lot of balance to my life while I am studying in school.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color:black\">Three things people may not know about me:<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"color:black\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:black\">I played the violin for five years in middle and high school. I still have my violin from those days, though it is badly out of tune! <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:black\">Making dumplings used to be a tradition in my household growing up. Now, whenever I visit my family, my mother and I spend an afternoon making dumplings for the family for dinner. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:black\">My kitchen has two main cabinets for storing kitchen goods. One is full of baking ingredients.
