Gold, M.D., will recognize faculty for meritorious teaching, service or mentoring at the meeting, which this year will be on April 23.<\/p>\n<p>Nominations must be emailed in PDF format no later than Friday, March 1, for consideration of the following awards:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Outstanding Teacher Award;\n<li>Spirit of Community Service Award;\n<li>Outstanding Faculty Mentor of Graduate Students Award; and\n<li>Outstanding Mentor of Junior Faculty Award.<\/ul>\n<p>Persons holding faculty appointments at UNMC are eligible to be nominated for these awards. Students and faculty may submit nominations for the first three awards, but only junior faculty may nominate for the Outstanding Mentor of Junior Faculty Award.<\/p>\n<p>Nomination forms and selection criteria are available on the <a href=\"https:\/\/info.unmc.edu\/blog\/facultysenate\/award-forms\/ \">Faculty Senate web page<\/a>. Forms also may be obtained from the Office of the Faculty Senate, 559-5132, or by <a href=\"mailto:linda.merriman@unmc.edu\">email request<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Nominations must be emailed in PDF format to
