HDR was recognized for creating a design that allows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Researchers to work in laboratories just steps away from clinicians caring for patients;\n<li>For collaboration, communication and problem solving;\n<li>Researchers on seven of the 10 floors to study different types of cancer;\n<li>Patients to receive advanced treatments based on the latest research findings;\n<li>Patients to travel seamlessly between the clinic and the hospital;\n<li>For a central, easily navigated destination on the UNMC\/Nebraska Medicine campus.\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>UNMC graduate profiled in Journal of Cell Biology<\/b><br \/>\nMahak Sharma, Ph.D., a graduate of the UNMC Biochemistry and Molecular Biology program, was <a href=\"http:\/\/jcb.rupress.org\/content\/early\/2019\/02\/15\/jcb.201902008\">profiled in the Feb. 19 issue of the Journal of Cell Biology<\/a>. Dr. Sharma, who is now independent investigator at the Indian Institute of Science Education and Research Mohali (IISER Mohali), worked in the biochemistry and molecular biology lab of Steve Caplan, Ph.D., professor, and Naava Naslavsky, Ph.D., assistant professor. The profile mentions her training at UNMC as an important part of her development. <\/p>\n<p><b>Ash Wednesday services set; no midnight service<\/b><br \/>\nThe following is a schedule of services for Ash Wednesday, March 6:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Catholic Mass, 10 a.m., Storz Pavilion 1-4, Clarkson\n<li>Ecumenical Communion Service, noon, St. Luke&#8217;s Chapel, Clarkson\n<li>Catholic Mass, 2 p.m., Storz Pavilion 1-4, Clarkson<\/ul>\n<p>There will not be a midnight service. Ashes will be distributed at all of the above services or you may arrange for a time for your group\/unit staff to receive ashes. Each unit that calls the night chaplain (Voalte phone 531-557-4559) will be able to have ashes distributed. Here are the contact numbers and availability hours: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li> From 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m., please call Spiritual Care Office at 402-552-3219; and\n<li>After 4:30 p.m., please call the night chaplain at 531-557-4559<\/ul>\n<p>Individuals may come to Spiritual Care Office, Room 1874, Clarkson Tower. Walk-ins available between 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m.<\/p>\n<p><b>C.A.R.E. Program offers new groups in March, April<\/b><br \/>\nThe Munroe-Meyer Institute, in collaboration with the Nebraska Guild Grant, offers a Community Autism Resource Education (C.A.R.E.) program for families that have a child who is at-risk, or recently diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder. C.A.R.E. is a four-week caregiver program that provides a jump-start for families to access support and resources for children with autism and their families. There are two upcoming groups for which caregivers can register. There are a total of 4 classes per group and all classes are held from 5:30-7:00 PM at the Munroe-Meyer Institute. The next two groups will be offered:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mondays in March (4, 11, 18, 25)\n<li>Thursdays in April (4, 11, 18, 25)<\/ul>\n<p>Families can register or get more information by contacting
