UNMC is committed to excellence, and                                                                                                                this survey is designed to seek out what motivates UNMC&#8217;s employees                                                                                            to that end.<\/p>\n<p>Examples of how survey feedback has been utilized includes enhancements to the Reward and Recognition program (&#8220;People are Everything&#8221; online platform) and more than tripling employee development opportunities through the                                                                                               reorganization of existing programs to create Re-Imaging U. <\/p>\n<p>From March 25-April 5, the survey will be administered through an email from survey.quantumworkplace.com which will provide you with a link that you can click on to access the survey. The survey only takes about 15 minutes to complete.<\/p>\n<p>The Engagement Survey will be administered by a qualified third-party survey organization, Engage2Excel. No individual responses will ever be shared. Engage2Excel will analyze the data and provide a summary report only.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;In 2015, 76 percent of employees responded, but this year the goal is to get 80 percent participation,&#8221; said Aileen Warren, assistant vice chancellor of human resources. &#8220;Your feedback is extremely important, and this is a great chance to make a difference.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>This year, more than 60 &#8220;Survey Champions&#8221; from UMMC colleges and business units are volunteering to help spread the word and encourage colleagues to complete the survey. Champions attended workshops to gain a deeper understanding of the survey process and are resources for their units. <\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The high participation rate for the last survey was most certainly due in part to the outstanding commitment and enthusiasm of our &#8216;Survey Champions,'&#8221; said Linda Cunningham, associate director, human resources.  <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/app1.unmc.edu\/PublicAffairs\/TodaySite\/images\/siteimages\/Champs2.pdf\" target=\"_blanK\" rel=\"noopener\">Contact your Survey Champion<\/a> to learn more about survey incentives
