This award is intended to recognize mid-level or senior faculty (associate or professor level) excellence in providing mentorship in clinical and\/or educational activities to one or more faculty colleagues. It is expected that the awardee will have evidence of especially robust mentoring relationships as demonstrated by the frequency of mentoring meetings and the academic output of their mentees, as well as the qualitative report from the mentee(s).
