\nWhen I returned to Nebraska in 2004 following fellowship, one of my goals was initiate a nephrology training program, which we did in 2007

\nWhat challenges do you foresee in graduate medical education in the future:<\/strong>
\nIn a time when patients are increasingly complicated and the time needed to care for them is increasing, work-life balance for both trainees and faculty will continue to be a challenge
\n 
\nWhat are the strengths of your training program: <\/strong>
\nIn addition to our outstanding faculty and fellows, we are one of a few programs in the country who can offer additional training in transplant, interventional nephrology and home dialysis therapies.
