Employees must be enrolled in the University&#8217;s qualified high deductible health plan to take advantage of the HSA.<\/p>\n<p>The HSA will allow an employee to set aside personal pre-tax dollars into an HSA to be used for qualified medical expenses. All employees have the opportunity to make changes to their benefits during our annual benefits enrollment, which will begin this fall on Oct. 28 and end Nov. 15. (See more information in next Monday&#8217;s UNMC Today.)<\/p>\n<p>Would you like to learn more? Please attend one of the HSA information sessions, which will be held this Friday and Oct. 22.<\/p>\n<p>On Friday, the presentation will be held at 10 a.m. in the Sorrell Center, Room 2010.
