website for managers to refer to when employees have concerns about returning to campus.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/unmc.edu\/coronavirus\/keep-working\/tips.html\">Tips for Managers<\/a> guide addresses topics such as:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>How to communicate with employees who are worried about being exposed to coronavirus when they return to campus;\n<li>The safety measures in place for those who work on-site; and\n<li>Setting clear goals and expectations.<\/ul>\n<p>Administrators, managers and supervisors are encouraged to seek assistance from human resources when they are unsure of policies, process and best practices.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;All of these resources are intended to help our employees continue to work safely as we all navigate the changes to our working lives brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic, said Linda Cunningham, associate director of human resources at UNMC.<\/p>\n<!-- <a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"\/secure-location.php\" title=\"ENk Vt   ITSTWv\">ENk Vt
