The One Chart training team has collaborated with operational leaders from across the organization to develop customized training information for all users of the system. Information about training materials pertinent to your role can be found on the <a href=\"http:\/\/updates.nebraskamed.com\/onechart\/training-information\/new-version-training\/\">One Chart System Update Training website<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>If you have specific questions about update training, please email <a href=\"mailto:OneChartTrainingRequests@nebraskamed.com\">One Chart Training Requests<\/a>. All other questions regarding training related to the One Chart update can be directed to <a href=\"mailto:csibilia@nebraskamed.com\">Calli Sibilia<\/a>, enterprise applications training manager, or your <a href=\"http:\/\/updates.nebraskamed.com\/onechart\/trainer\/\">application specific training lead<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Major changes to note with this update include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Non-surgical providers&#8217; default workspace will transition to dashboard functionality. This will not impact surgical providers at this time. <a href=\"http:\/\/updates.nebraskamed.com\/onechart\/tip-sheet\/video-provider-home-dashboard\/\">Watch a brief video demonstration of the new Provider Dashboard<\/a>.\n<li>Visual changes to the Snapboard, which is used to view operating room schedules. <a href=\"http:\/\/updates.nebraskamed.com\/onechart\/tip-sheet\/video-feb-may-2020-snapboard-updates\/\">Watch a brief video demonstration of these changes<\/a>.\n<li>The Travel Screening tool will be transitioned to Epic&#8217;s foundation build. Users will notice changes to how the form is completed and how positive screening alerts display.<\/ul>\n<p><B>Blackout period Sept. 4-13<\/b><\/p>\n<p>During the installation of the newest version of One Chart, customization capabilities within One Chart will be temporarily unavailable from Sept. 4-13. Previously created personalized options will remain accessible but users will not have the ability to add or edit new custom options in the following areas of One Chart:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Creating or editing filters in Chart Review\n<li>Applying filters in work lists\n<li>Creating or editing SmartPhrases and SmartLinks\n<li>Personalizing dashboards\n<li>Creating, editing, or sharing NoteWriterMacros\n<li>Moving activities into the sidebar or floating window (including Notes)\n<li>Creating or editing Quick Actions\n<li>Saving SlicerDicer sessions<\/ul>\n<a rel=\"nofollow\"
