How long is your training program and how long have you been at UNMC?<\/b> <\/p>\n

I’m one and a half years into a five-year program.
\n

What do you like the most about your training program?<\/b>
\n

One of my co-residents is friends with the Chainsmokers, so that’s cool. But really, all my co-residents are the best, we have great camaraderie. The attendings are supportive and invested in our success. Overall, it’s a decent group of learned doctors.
\n

What challenges do you foresee in graduate medical education in the future?<\/b>
\n

The pandemic will certainly change how often we get to show off our mustaches at work. All the Zoom meetings and social distanced conferences also have been a challenge but we all seem to adapt.
\n

List some accomplishments that you are proud of:<\/b>
\n

Boy, where should I start? I was an all-state place kick holder in high school; I own a banjo; I used to be good at Doodle Jump. I spent one summer interning at NASA. In reality, my greatest accomplishments are an amazing group of friends, family and my fiance, Emily.
