In February, we look at the subject of <b>Behavioral Styles.<\/b> This conversation offers tools to reflect on individual style and understand others to find how the strengths can complement each other, to help pull away from stereotypes and labels and to enhance what each style brings to the team.<\/p>\n<p>The monthly Culture Conversation is part of Nebraska Medicine and the College of Medicine <a href=\"https:\/\/now.nebraskamed.com\/be-extraordinary-together\/\">&#8220;Be Extraordinary Together&#8221;<\/a> effort, an effort to further tie the organizational culture to our shared
