Morgan will present via Zoom, and all UNMC and UNO employees are invited. <a href=\"https:\/\/nebraska.bridgeapp.com\/learner\/library\" style=\"color:blue; text-decoration:underline\">Sign up using Bridge<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>During this session, Morgan will discuss becoming a &quot;strategic change maker.&quot;<\/p>\n<p>&quot;Many advocates and community leaders depend on the inherent talents they possess,&quot; Morgan said. &quot;Raw talent and passion are great starter ingredients, but how do you turn that into an impactful journey as a change maker in your community? This session will support you in building an advocacy profile that reflects your values, developing powerful community accountability agreements and radical self-care for the caretaker and much more.&quot;<\/p>\n<p>Morgan is the recipient of the &quot;Young, Black and Influential&quot; Award for Advocacy, Omaha Chamber Young Professionals Change Maker Award, the NAACP Freedom Fighter Award,
