Enrollment ends today at 5 p.m. CST.<\/p>\n<p>Items that need completed annually during this three-week period are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Updating your tobacco\/nicotine designation<\/li>\n<li>Enrolling in Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) for 2022<\/li>\n<li>Completing the Health Risk Assessment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Employees can review their current benefit elections and make changes for 2022.<b>&nbsp; <\/b><\/p>\n<p>Since changes are not allowed throughout the year (with the exception of a few Internal Revenue Service-approved life events), it is imperative that all employees log into <a href=\"https:\/\/fed.nebraska.edu\/idp\/profile\/SAML2\/Redirect\/SSO;jsessionid=1wej1xp9x3mst18ofba83zzhx1?execution=e1s1\" style=\"color:blue; text-decoration:underline\">Firefly<\/a> and then go into Employee Self Service (ESS), review and\/or make desired changes\/additions to their current benefits, and then carefully review their emailed confirmation statement. The benefits office suggests everyone either print or save a copy for their records.<\/p>\n<p>Anyone who is having trouble logging into Firefly will need to contact the Firefly Helpdesk at 402-559-BUZZ (2899) or&nbsp;<a href=\"mailto:unmcfirefly@unmc.edu\" style=\"box-sizing:border-box; line-height:inherit; outline:0px; cursor:pointer; color:blue; text-decoration:underline\">email<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Due to COVID-19, the benefits office is practicing social distancing. All employees will need to call or set up a Zoom meeting for questions or concerns pertaining to your benefit enrollment.&nbsp;In the rare instance an issue cannot be resolved using one of these methods, the benefits office will set up a time for you to come into the office for assistance. Please note that all in-person appointments must be scheduled with a staff member <a href=\"mailto:benefits@unmc.edu\" style=\"color:blue; text-decoration:underline\">via email<\/a> or by calling and
