As you prepare to have your conversations, please use and review the attached documents:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>October Teamwork Culture Conversation<\/b> &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/app1.unmc.edu\/PublicAffairs\/TodaySite\/images\/siteimages\/Culture2102621.pdf\" target=\"_blanK\" rel=\"noopener\">These slides<\/a> contain the concepts and questions you will use to conduct the monthly culture conversations. Note that when we discuss Teamwork the focus is on forming connections, building belonging, and boosting wellbeing through the use of Appreciation, Behavioral Styles, and Filters.<\/li>\n<li><b>Leader packet<\/b> &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/app1.unmc.edu\/PublicAffairs\/TodaySite\/images\/siteimages\/Culture102621.pdf\" target=\"_blanK\" rel=\"noopener\">Use this packet<\/a> as your guide in preparing for the conversation.
