The results are in from this year’s Working Caregiver Survey, conducted by Nebraska Lifespan Respite Network.<\/p>\n

"Our goal is to find ways to better support working caregivers and help them remain active members of the workforce while being a caregiver of a friend or family member with a disability, chronic health condition or aging parents or grandparents," said Kim Falk, respite employer engagement coordinator, Munroe-Meyer Institute.<\/p>\n

The network provides an anonymous data report to each employer with their survey results. You can see that report here<\/a>.<\/p>\n

"Employers are encouraged to use the information from these reports to better support the working caregivers on their team," Falk said.<\/p>\n

The Nebraska Lifespan Respite Network plans to provide additional resources for caregivers on its website<\/a>.
