Please use and review the attached documents as you prepare for the conversation:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type:disc\">\n<li><b><a href=\"https:\/\/app1.unmc.edu\/PublicAffairs\/TodaySite\/images\/siteimages\/Excell121721.pdf\" target=\"_blanK\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color:blue\">December Excellence Culture Conversation<\/span><\/a><\/b> &#8211; These slides contain the concepts and questions you will use to conduct the monthly culture conversations, reviewing last month&rsquo;s excellence concepts and prompting discussion on how to use them.<\/li>\n<li><b><a href=\"https:\/\/app1.unmc.edu\/PublicAffairs\/TodaySite\/images\/siteimages\/leader121721.pdf\" target=\"_blanK\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color:blue\">Leader Packet<\/span><\/a><\/b> &#8211; Use this packet as your guide in preparing for the conversation. This conversation should serve as a debrief from last month and set-up for the ongoing efforts in December and beyond.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>These resources will be placed on the <a href=\"https:\/\/now.nebraskamed.com\/be-extraordinary-together\/\"><span style=\"color:#0563c1\">Be Extraordinary Together portal<\/span><\/a> on Nov. 1. Use that portal if you need to access these resources or any supplemental resources needed in understanding the concepts for the month.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, we provide tips and tools throughout the month on the Be Extraordinary Together Channel on the NOW.
