IT needs&nbsp;additional&nbsp;information on how to make improvements with service delivery and customer support.<\/p>\n<p>This is where you can help by sharing your input on this&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/forms.office.com\/r\/46NB6ZBCjS\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\">form<\/a>&nbsp;between now and Feb. 4. The survey should take less than 10 minutes to complete.<\/p>\n<p>The&nbsp;survey will collect&nbsp;your name because&nbsp;IT would like to conduct direct follow-ups after the release of the first phase.&nbsp;The plan is for the first phase of improvements to be live later this summer.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&quot;Your opinions&nbsp;matter&nbsp;greatly to us, and we encourage and appreciate your honesty so that we can improve your experience with IT,&quot; said&nbsp;Brian Lancaster, chief information officer-vice president of information technology.<\/p>\n<a rel=\"nofollow\"
