Renee Alley was nominated by UNMC College of Medicine Dean Bradley Britigan, MD, and Geoffrey Talmon, MD, associate dean for medical education (see sidebar at right).<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Name:<\/b> Renee Alley<\/li>\n<li><b>Title: <\/b>Accreditation and curriculum coordinator<\/li>\n<li><b>Hometown:<\/b> Tabor, Iowa<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Talk about your job and what you like best about it: <\/b><\/p>\n<p>I have been the accreditation coordinator for the UNMC College of Medicine for eight years. Although the accreditation process is very challenging, it is also extremely rewarding. During my tenure, the college has received full accreditation in 2015 and 2021. I appreciate the confidence both Dr. Talmon and Dr. Britigan have in me to coordinate such a critical task for the College of Medicine.<\/p>\n<p><b>List three things people may not know about you:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>I have three kids &#8212; Dallas, 1, Payton, 5, and&nbsp;Jayden, 17 &#8212; and a dog, Jagermeister, 13.<\/li>\n<li>I&rsquo;m slightly obsessed with all things paranormal.<\/li>\n<li>My husband and I bought a house built in 1900 in a small community to raise our family.
