The event was sponsored by UNMC&#39;s International Student Association and the Office of Global Engagement<\/p>\n<p>Here is a look at the burst of color.<\/p>\n<ul class=\"small-block-grid-1 medium-block-grid-2 large-block-grid-2\">\n<li><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/www.unmc.edu\/newsroom\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/HoliFestival2-scaled.jpg\" \/>\n<p class=\"photo-caption\">Holi is known as the &quot;Festival of Colors&quot; or &quot;Festival of Love&quot; and celebrates the arrival of spring after winter.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/www.unmc.edu\/newsroom\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/HoliFestival32-scaled.jpg\" \/>\n<p class=\"photo-caption\">People celebrate Holi by throwing colored powder into the air.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/www.unmc.edu\/newsroom\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/HoliFestival7-scaled.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"photo-caption\">Holi is more than a celebration of spring.
