This winter rekindled UNMC’s seasonal traditions, and photographer Kent Sievers from the UNMC Department of Strategic Communications has captured glimpses of the preparations and events for the campus to see.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The UNMC ice rink at the Ruth and Bill Scott Student Plaza reopened to the UNMC community and general public for skating from Dec. 3 to Feb. 5. But it took preparation to return the ice rink to form. UNMC’s Mick Ridgway, in blue coat, and Ben Semisch worked on that in the 20-degree temperatures of Nov. 18.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
