Many of our conditions directly affect the quality of life, and with continued improvements in therapeutics, rheumatologists can make a tremendous impact on patients&#8217; lives. Most importantly, we get to follow patients long-term and form longitudinal relationships, which makes for an incredibly rewarding career. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Memberships:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>American College of Rheumatology<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nebraska Rheumatology class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>My first job was detasseling corn.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>My single bucket list item is to climb all of Colorado&#8217;s 14,000-foot peaks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>I&#8217;m an Eagle
