Registration is open now, and courses begin Feb. 15.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Re-Imagining U is a free employee training and development program developed and coordinated by UNMC Human Resources. It offers an opportunity for employees to take advantage of resources and tools to accomplish personal and professional development goals.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/nebraska.bridgeapp.com\/learner\/library\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Employees can register via the Bridge learning library<\/a>. On the link, scroll down to Re-Imagining U for course selections.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This semester features a wide range of topics, including technology, stress management and leadership styles. Courses include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u201cLeverage the Enneagram for Professional Development\u201d on Feb. 15: The Enneagram is a popular motivation-based personality framework that helps people understand why they do what they do. It is a great tool to deliver important content and receive feedback from staff and faculty.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u201cMusic and the Black Experience\u201d on Feb. 21: Join Justin Payne, award-winning composer, playwright, international vocalist and professor of Black studies at the University of Nebraska at Omaha, for a presentation on the relationship between African Americans and their influence on all musical genres. Attendees will gain a greater understanding of how cultural identity is communicated through music.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Focus on wellness on March 14:&nbsp;Join Steven Wengel, MD, and Sarah Fischer, PhD, to explore \u201cThe Art and Neuroscience of Stress Management for Brain Health\u201d in a two-part series. Participants will leave with a plan to overcome barriers and implement several of the principles discussed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u201cUpping your PPT Game\u201d on April 6: Learn essential design skills and best practice techniques for creating effective PowerPoint presentations. Learn how to use the designer function within PowerPoint, and how to use PowerPoint to create graphics and documents.&nbsp;<strong><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>To find out more about the courses
