Goat yoga is exactly what it sounds like \u2014 yoga, with goats. The med center community is invited to join the UNMC Center for Healthy Living at the ice rink on April 19 for an evening of relaxing yoga, with occasional interruptions from baby goats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In case of poor weather, goat yoga will be held in the Center for Healthy Living gymnasium. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Registration through ENGAGE is required and is limited to the first 25 people who sign up. After that, guests will join the wait list and be contacted Wednesday afternoon on April 19 if there are any openings. The cost for each session is $25.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Session 1: 5:15 p.m. to 5:45 p.m.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Session 2: 6 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n
