Faculty, staff and students are invited to UNMC\u2019s all-campus forum today (May 8). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

UNMC Chancellor Jeffrey P. Gold, MD, will be joined online by Jane Meza, PhD, interim executive director for the UNMC Office of Health Security.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The forum will be from noon to 1 p.m. via Zoom<\/a>. The link will be available on the campus intranet prior to the forum. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Attendees will learn more about upcoming federal changes related to COVID-19, including vaccination requirements and new booster authorizations, as well as expectations once the COVID-19 public health emergency expires on May 11. Attendees also will hear more about the current legislative session and UNMC leadership searches. Drs. Gold and Meza will take questions from the audience, and an American Sign Language interpreter will take part in the event.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n
