Biography
Elizabeth Bockoven is an Omaha native. She graduated from UNL in 2004 with a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science and again in 2009 with a Master’s in Community Nutrition and Health Promotion. She then attended UNMC’s Omaha campus, graduating in 2011 with a BSN and again in 2015 with an MSN and Post Master’s Certificate in Nursing Education. Ms. Bockoven works primarily with undergraduate nursing students in both the accelerated and traditional programs. Her background is in medical-surgical oncology. She is married with one son. In her free time, she likes to read and bake.
