Biography
Michelle Ellermeier is an instructor for the UNMC College of Nursing at the Kearney Division. She received her Bachelor's degree from UNMC CON Kearney in 1994 and her Master's in Nursing Administration from UNMC CON's Health Systems Nurse Specialist program in 2005. Ms. Ellermeier is a 2008 graduate of the Great Plains Public Health Leadership Institute and a 2015 graduate of the UNMC iLead program. She has worked as a nursing supervisor and infection control nurse for the Evangelical Lutheran Good Samaritan Society at the Hastings Campus, an Epidemiology nurse and Community Health Supervisor for the Central District Health Department, and currently works as an RN at the Grand Island Veterans Home.
