Why I chose nursing: I chose nursing because I wanted to go into the healthcare field, and I knew I wanted to work closely with patients.
What I like about the honors program: I love the honors program because it really shows you what getting a PhD in nursing is all about! There is so much more to getting a PhD than I thought and thanks to the honors program, I feel more confident in planning my future education.
Future career goals: I would like to work in the field of forensic nursing. My current plan is to graduate, work as a nurse for a few years, get my SANE certification, and go back to school for graduate education.
Three things people may not know about me:
