Dr. Howard Needelman is board certified in Neonatal/Perinatal Medicine and Developmental/Behavioral Pediatrics and is Professor with Munroe-Meyer Institute and the Department of Pediatrics. He serves as Faculty Coordinator for Project DOCC and also is Resident Rotation Director of Developmental/Behavioral Pediatrics.
