Professional Summary

My long term goal is to elucidate the functional aspects of exosomes and noncoding RNAs in NeuroAIDS and other neurodegenerative diseases and to identify novel therapeutic strategies that may enhance neuronal function and survival in these disorders.

Research Interests

HIV and drug abuse synergy, exosomes, noncoding RNAs
