Canice Coan
Dr. Coan is a pharmacist program coordinator and the PGY2 ambulatory care residency program director at Nebraska Medicine.  She is also a clinical assistant professor in the Department of Pharmacy Practice and Science at the University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Pharmacy.  Dr. Coan's clinical practice sites include Brentwood Health Center and Chalco Health Center.  As an ambulatory care pharmacist in the patient-centered medical home model, Dr. Coan assists with chronic disease state management via a collaborative practice agreement.
