Admission Requirements
Application
Applicants are required to complete the online Schools of Public Health Application Service (SOPHAS) application. All application materials need to be submitted through SOPHAS.
Prerequisite
Applicants must hold a minimum of a baccalaureate degree or equivalent from a recognized college or university.
Transcripts
Official transcripts from all previously attended colleges and universities demonstrating a minimum GPA of 3.00 or above in previous coursework.

TOEFL Requirements
Official Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) scores are required of all applicants whose primary language is not English or whose undergraduate degree is from a college or university outside of the United States. Minimum scores of 550 (paper), 213 (Computer), and 80 (Internet) are required.
