The project convenes a network of government officials, researchers and other stakeholders interested in pre-primary data and measurement. The emphasis is on exploring how data can be utilized to help improve children\u2019s learning in the years before they enter formal schooling.\u00a0 CATALYZE T4ECE is implemented by Palladium through ECD Measure at the University of Nebraska Medical Center.
