The project convenes a network of government officials, researchers and other stakeholders interested in pre-primary data and measurement. The emphasis is on exploring how data can be utilized to help improve children\u2019s learning in the years before they enter formal schooling.&nbsp; CATALYZE T4ECE is implemented by Palladium through ECD Measure at the University of Nebraska Medical Center.
