Once students have identified a partner organization, students should use the required APEx Learning Contract Template to further outline the scope of the APEx. Please read the template instructions carefully.
The deadline to submit a reviewed APEx Learning Contract to the Office of Public Health Practice will vary each semester. The date will be announced at each semester's required APEx General Student Orientation.
