Biodistribution of SPIO labeled nanomaterials

Time series of magnetically labeled cells demonstrating A: visible signal loss in the spleen at 0 Hours, 3 hours, 6 hours and 24 hours after IV injection of magnetic iron oxide labeled mouse macrophages. Labeled cell density determined from T2 maps vs. time in Spleen, Lung and Liver obtained from this whole body data set collected B: every 30 minutes and C: every other day . Acquired in collaboration with the laboratory of H. Gendelman.
