Why did you choose to come to UNMC?
I chose UNMC because of the program’s dedication to mentorship. I was looking for a supportive training environment that would help me become a confident and proficient physicist. After meeting the team during the residency fair, I knew that UNMC was where I belonged.
Favorite part of the residency, favorite rotation, or favorite thing about UNMC?
My favorite quality about UNMC is the commitment to education. Everyone here is constantly learning from one another, and I’m always included as a valued team member for interesting and complex cases. I honestly look forward to each day because I know I will learn something new!
Favorite thing to do in Omaha?
I like to perform with the UNMC medical orchestra. I’ve played cello for more than 20 years, and I’m always looking for chances to make good music with folks.
Fun fact about yourself or things you like to do for fun?
In my spare time, I love to bake. If you’re in town, you’ve got to try my homemade macarons!
