As the end of the semester nears, remember to take care of yourself and finish the semester strong. The following resources are available to help you stay academically and mentally well.
Mental health & wellness services are free to UNMC students through Counseling & Psychological Services (CAPS).- If you have questions or want to schedule an appointment with CAPS, call 402-559-7276.

Academic success resources are provided through the Office of Academic Success and are free to students in all seven colleges, across five campuses:
- Peer Success Leaders (PSLs) - You choose a consultant to work with and set the times to meet that work for both of you.
- Supplemental Instruction - Supplemental Instructors offer support with topics including but not limited to assisting in lecture/lab content, planning/prioritizing time, and study tactics and resources.
