- Academic Records Overview

    Learn how the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) protects the privacy of your student education records.

    Log in to MyRecords and review instructions for accessing MyRecords.
- - Update Personal Information
    Access forms for changing personal information, including name, social security number, NUID, gender identity and pronouns, and emergency contacts.
  - Request an Official Transcript
    Submit requests for duplicate diplomas, official transcripts, and state licensures and verifications.
  - Enrollment

  - Access Digital Diploma
    UNMC provides a digital version of your diploma to make it easy to share your accomplishments with family, friends, and potential employers
  - State Licensure
    State Licensures are available at no charge.
  - Request a Duplicate Diploma
    Duplicate diplomas are available through submission of a request form. Diplomas are mailed and take 3-4 weeks for printing and delivery.

- Financial Aid Overview
- - How to Apply

    Federal Work Study (FWS) is a Title IV need-based, federally funded financial aid program. Students may work part time cover education expenses.

Out @ UNMC and Nebraska Medicine

Queer and trans spectrum people are often invisible to the community. OUT @ UNMC and Nebraska Medicine is an online visual depiction of LBGTQIA2S+ faculty and staff on campus. We hope this effort will demonstrate to prospective and current students, faculty, staff, and the broader community that there are many LGBTQIA2S+ people at UNMC and Nebraska Medicine who are celebrated in the community!
