Certified in Adult and Pediatrics by the American Board of Urology  

Dr. Berrondo received her medical degree from Dartmouth Medical School in Hanover, New Hampshire. She completed her Urology residency at the University of Rochester in Rochester, New York and her Pediatric Urology fellowship at the Seattle Children’s Hospital/University of Washington in Seattle, Washington.

Dr. Berrondo's clinical interests include minimally invasive (robotic and laparoscopic) surgery and the care of children with kidney stones. She serves as the Director of Robotic Surgery at Children’s and participates in multidisciplinary clinics (with several physicians and other providers from multiple medical specialties) including the Kidney Stone Clinic and the Children’s Developmental Clinic.

Dr. Berrondo is also involved in clinical research. Her research interests include antimicrobial stewardship in surgical patients and the prevention of surgical site infections, health care disparities in pediatric urology and robotic surgery in pediatric urology.
