JARED SCHOBER MD
Assistant Professor of Surgery, Urology

Dr. Schober joined the Division of Urologic Surgery as an Assistant Professor following completion of a two year Society of Urologic Oncology fellowship at the Fox Chase Cancer Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. 

Dr. Schober’s focus is on urologic oncology, where he specializes in the cancers of the genitourinary tract, including kidney, adrenal gland, ureter, bladder, prostate, testes, and penis. He performs endoscopic, laparoscopic, robotic, and traditional open surgery.  He is actively involved with clinical trials and research at the Fred & Pamela Buffet Cancer Center. He also participates in the Multidisciplinary Genitourinary Oncology Clinic.

His research interests include clinical trials, bladder cancer, kidney cancer, optimization of clinical care, and surgical education.
