Additional Educational Opportunities

Regional & National Conferences

Our program supports our fellow’s participation in both regional and national conferences during their fellowship training. We believe these additional educational opportunities are important for networking within the subspecialty and staying up-to-date on current data. As a first year fellow the regional conference, sponsored by the Midwestern Vascular Surgical Society is recommended. As a second year fellow the Vascular Annual Meeting sponsored by the Society for Vascular Surgery is highly recommended.  Additionally in the fellow’s second year we encourage participation in the Advanced Vascular Surgical Skills & Simulation Program. Financial support for travel provided by the program and industry partner’s educational grants*.

*Industry partner’s educational grants, travel stipends and/or educational grants are subject to availability and limits.
