Epigenomics Core Facility (ECF)

The University of Nebraska Epigenomics Core Facility was established to assist researchers at all university and private institutions with epigenetic analysis including DNA Methylation, Chromatin Immunoprecipitation and Real-Time Quantitative PCR gene expression analysis. The Epigenomics Core Facility is located at the Durham Research Center I on the University of Nebraska Medical Center campus.
