Workshops

Wellness workshops at UNMC are interactive learning opportunities for students, residents, staff and faculty. These workshops are typically brief sessions in which the presenter introduces a wellness technique that can be practiced by participants during the session. Workshop topics include a wide variety of wellness and wellbeing topics, including: mindfulness, building resiliency, burnout prevention, work-life balance, and diet and exercise. Workshops can be modified to address interest areas for departments.
