Materials & Amenities 

Course registration fees include handouts, course materials and other amenities involved in presenting courses in a comfortable learning environment.

Cancellation 

It is our intent to present all courses as scheduled. Should it become necessary to cancel a course, every effort will be made to contact those who have pre-registered. Participants electing to cancel their registration in a course will be refunded fees paid, less a processing fee, if notice of cancellation is received prior to the course.  The processing fee is assessed for each individual course and is indicated on each coures listing under Cancellation Policy. NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE AFTER THE COURSE BEGINS.

Location 

Unless otherwise noted, courses are held at the UNMC College of Dentistry, University of Nebraska-Lincoln East Campus, 4000 East Campus Loop South, Lincoln, NE. 

Parking 

Parking is only complimentary for courses held on East Campus. Parking instructions will be emailed to all registrants prior to the course.

CE Credit 

To receive CE credit, each participant must complete and submit an anonymous course evaluation after the activity.  Successful completion of a content-based quiz is also required for self-instructional courses.

To request a copy of your CE Credit please complete the Copy of CE Credit Request Form. Please allow up to 72 hours for a response/copy of your CE Credit to be emailed to you.

Disclosure Summary 

It is the policy of the University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Dentistry Continuing Education office to ensure balance, independence, objectivity and scientific rigor in all of its sponsored educational activities. All participating speakers, course directors, and planning committee members are required to disclose to the program audience any financial relationships related to the subject matter of this program. Relationships of spouse/partner with proprietary entities producing health care goods or services should be disclosed if they are of a nature that may influence the objectivity of the individual in a position to control the content of the CDE activity. Disclosure information is reviewed in advance in order to manage and resolve any possible conflicts of interest. Specific disclosure information for each speaker, course director, and planning committee member will be shared with the audience prior to the speaker’s presentation.
